December 2019 Income Report

Blog, Income Reports| Views: 62

December brings a year to a close! and what a year it has been. Plenty of investments have been made, a lot of income has been generated and a lot of lessons learned. I am confident now and can take all these learnings and continue building on them. 2019 brought a lot of experimentations and now going into 2020 I know which platforms I want to focus on and I know where I want to better diversify my investment streams.

Overall it has been another great month in terms of income earnings and this month was also better in terms of affiliate earnings 🚀.

Monthly Summary Income Report

  • New Deposits: €400
  • Withdrawals: €210.59
  • Interest Income: €270.63
  • Affiliate Income: €126.76
  • Total Income: €397.39

Envestio

Just like every other month, Envestio paid all interests on time. As the year comes to a close there were a lot of projects available on the secondary market. I re-invested all my earnings, plus a completed project into a new published project ‘Materials for the construction of roads and technical salt, tier 2‘. A lot of people cashed out due to Christmas and aside from that, a number of investors seemed concerned with the latest changes in the company. But nobody should panic a recent blog interview was published on another blog and answers were pretty solid and to the point (Crowdestor. Like any other month, a good amount of projects were published however I did not add any. A total income of €46.42 was paid out this month.

Wisefund

Wisefund keeps getting more of my trust and this month one of the projects closed and was paid in full 2 months earlier than the actual contract expiration. This is very good news as I can now move money quickly to the next project. In terms of new projects, ‘Microbiological Fertiliser Manufacture’ was published and I was able to invest a total of €237.50. Wisefund pays all interests at the end of the month and a total income of €27.42 in returns was made. In terms of affiliate bonus, a total of €38.69 was paid 🙏.

Monethera

On Monethera I deposited €200 and invested in a new project ‘Transportation of lumber #2‘ at 21.10%. A total income of €15.96 was paid out. In terms of affiliate bonus, a total of €80.01 was paid 🙏.

Kuetzal

Kuetzal keeps worrying me and I don’t see a future with them as an investor. I am actually debating myself if I should pull the plug and early exit my investments with a 10% fee. I have been following other blogs and investors and it seems that nobody yet received their withdrawal requests. I’m assuming this is because of the holiday period. I’ll keep you updated!

As for interest payments, I have earned a total of €8.16 on my 2 project investments and a total of €3.07 on affiliate earnings.

Bondora

Bondora has been great as per every other month. A total of €46.43 has been paid out in December. Still in the process of moving my interests and my repayments into Bondora Go & Grow to easily liquidate my money.

Mintos

I’m pulling the plug on Mintos. It was never great personally in terms of returns. A total income of €5.11 has been paid out.

Grupeer

Not much is invested in Grupeer but payments have been made successfully and I do trust the platform. A total of €3.20 has been paid.

Housers

More and more delayed payments on the Housers projects. I have earned a total of €0.00 in December. I still have 2 projects which are stalled and there was no communication from the team. I do not recommend this platform.

Peerberry

I continued investing in short term loans. A total of €1.21 has been paid out this month. I like that all short term loans come with a buyback guarantee.

Sun Exchange

Sunexchange is an interesting platform. I have purchased a total of 10 solar cells and are in the process of installing these roof cells. I have no reviews as I’m still in the early testing phase, but I’m eagerly waiting for my first payout to see how well it works.

Bitcoin

Bitcoin has been stabilizing lately and is waiting for a breakout to either high or low. It does seem bearish at the moment and it looks there might be room for lower price targets. Of course, it’s always great to buy at these low prices. I bought a total of 0.005BTC at €6620 and waiting for the next move. If the price falls further, I’ll be buying slightly higher quantities, If it goes up ill keep my strategy of buying smaller amounts.
